At Kappa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sportswear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
